9th Annual Daddy/Daughter Sweetheart Dance

For girls in grades K-8 and their daddy figures (dad, grandpa, uncle, special male
friend, etc.) sponsored through Faith United Methodist Church
This year we will be collecting NEW stuffed toys which will be donated to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
The proceeds of the dance go to a charityeach year. This year we are stepping it up a little. In addition to donating to the food pantry, we ask those couples, who are willing, to also bring a new stuffed animal to be donated to Children's Hospital. (Note: Children's Hospital policy states that they may only accept stuffed animals with a tag still attached.)Your night-out could help a little girl who doesn't have the chance to go dancing with her father.

Fees/Admission
$20.00 per couple. $10.00 for each additional daughter. Registration: Pre-registration & pre-payment are REQUIRED. The registration form is below. No tickets will be sent to you. You will be notified if event is full. No refunds unless event is canceled. Registrations are due no later than May 4, 2012. Registration forms may be found at businesses and churches around Canal Winchester. They will also be available at Faith EducareI and II and at David’s PreSchool.
