"Yoga At The Lake" A Fundraiser to Sponsor Courage, Conquer & Cure 5k Race
Fitness Firm presents “Yoga At The Lake” to benefit Courage, Conquer & Cure 5k Race. We are undercover if inclement weather. This is an event for Yoga enthusiasts of all levels. There’s something about the lake as our focal point during the practice. A fantastic venue for this yoga adventure. We will blend Hatha and Ashtanga practices to include water salutations on Sunday, September 21 at 1:00 pm. Join forces with Jodi Brown and Angie Abel (Founders of Courage, Conquer & Cure 5k in that runs October 4, 2014) to raise funds for breast cancer research in conjunction with The Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James).
Entry fee for this great event is a donation of $20 per person. Yoga blocks, yoga straps and bottled waters will be provided. You do not need to be a member of Fitness Firm to participate.
