Women's Self Defense Class - This is a hands on course teaching women how to use their strengths against an assailant's mental and physical weaknesses, solve personal safety concerns related to fear of being attached, sexually assaulted, street crimes, dating and domestic violence. Minimum age is 13 years old due to the nature of content.
