Does the summer sun and upcoming World Cup make you crave a bit of Brazilian flare? CWPAC might just have the solution. While they can't bring you to Brazil, they can bring a slice of Brazil to you! Join them Sunday, June 14, for a special workshop on Brazilian samba drumming.
Samba drumming is the parade music of Brazil, and what you are likely to hear if you visit for Carnival! This style includes drums and hand held percussion instruments like the agogo, tambourim and surdo. This hands-on workshop will let you have a taste of Brazil's national music. You won't want to miss this!
Sunday afternoon, join them at Stradley Pavilion in Canal Winchester. There will be plenty of shade while being able to take in the fresh air and drum to your heart's content! They recommend comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather!

No previous experience required and all ages are welcome! It is highly advised that participants under 10 are accompanied by an adult participant.
