Overview
Everyone is welcome to participate this community 5K run and walk through the streets of Canal Winchester. Proceeds from registration and sponsorships benefit the boys and girls cross country teams at Canal Winchester High School. Post-race features cold drinks, fruit & other snacks, awards presentation and door prizes! List of current door prizes. PT Services Rehabilitation, Inc. will be providing therapists to assist with stretching, cramps, etc. before and after the race. Bring your old running shoes and drop them in our donation collection bin. Your old shoes will be given new life in underprivileged areas around the world.

Registration
Race Day Mail-in Online Each member of a family, or team, if competing in the team competition, will need to complete a separate registration. Begin the online registration process by selecting the appropriate options below. After your options are selected, click Register Now to pay with a credit card via PayPal. NOTE: A PayPal account is not required to submit an online registration. Select "Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later" below the PayPal account login section to register and pay without a PayPal account. Women's performance t-shirts are tapered fit. All cotton t-shirts and the men's performance t-shirts are standard fit. Please register on or before July 15th if choosing a performance t-shirt. After July 15th, only cotton t-shirts can be ordered. To be eligible for an age group award you must enter your age group on the registration form.
Race day registration will be avaialble starting at 7:00 am. Please arrive at least 1/2 hour before your desired race.
Download the PDF registration form. You can type your information directly into the form before printing or print the form first and then write in your information. The mailing address is included on the form. Don't forget to sign before mailing.
Online registration will close approx. 1 week before race day. If the online registration form is up, it's okay to register.
