African Drumming Class

African Drumming & Community Drum Circle

In this informal setting you will learn basic drumming, the art of playing, listening to each other, and some improvisational skills. Led by Jason Buchea, a master of Senegalese drumming and one of the lead drummers for Black Panther. Join us as we build community with participants while being immersed in African and African Diasporic culture through various drumming traditions.​​

No previous experience required

If you already have a drum, feel free to bring​​ it with you!
