Fitness Firm presents "The Black Friday Workout"\, November 28 where you can kiss those calories bye\, bye. Fitness Firm will be open 8:30 am to Noon\, and offer "Power Barre". Not the edible kind\, it's Barre Fitness "POWER STYLE". A concentration of moves giving you rapid results your mid-section flat\, your arms sculped\, boost that caboose and then some. Music will be crankin'. You'll get great coaching\, do-able for all levels of fitness. Bring a friend or visiting relative with you because on this day\,\n\nAdmission Fee is One Can Of Food! You'll help stock the CW Food Pantry while burning off those calories post turkey day feast. Sign up on line or at the front desk.
