The meeting will be held at Town Hall (10 North High St.) and is open to the public. A brief presentation of the purchase contract and details of the building will be given by city staff followed by the opportunity for public comment. A 5 minute per person time limit will be enforced.\n\nThe intended use of the 23\,600 square feet building is to accommodate municipal offices (currently at 36 S.
