In the Army they teach Operations Order. In business world\, we also use the same process to plan for business growth. In this presentation workshop\, Mr. Plasket will guide attendees through the "Operations Order" process and apply it to your own goals. You will leave with your very on action plan. This is for all employers-- large or small.
